This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home from the start. The spacious and clean rooms featured inviting balconies, perfect for evening relaxation. Just a short walk to Patong Beach, it was conveniently located near restaurants and bars, adding to the experience.

We had a blast at this hotel! The staff were some of the friendliest people we've met, always eager to help. The pool was stunning, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach, and we enjoyed delicious cocktails while soaking up the sun. The rooms were spacious with balconies, letting us hang out together. Plus, it's within walking distance of shops and restaurants–ideal for our adventures!

One thing to note, we noticed the security could be improved. It seemed easy for outsiders to access the building without checks, which felt a bit strange. While nothing happened, it was a little concerning.

Staff is exceptional, very friendly.

During our stay, we had issues with both the bathroom sink and the bathtub, as they both became clogged. The pool is only open until 8 PM, which means you can't enjoy a late-night swim or relax by the water. We also faced unexpectedly high laundry costs, which felt excessive.

Check-in was sharp-sharp, staff were super friendly and helped fix a mix-up with my room. The location is a lekker walk to the beach and all the fun spots. Breakfast was a proper brekkie with plenty to choose from, really sets you up for the day!

Only thing was the occasional noisy guests, bit hard to block out at night.

i had an amazing stay at this hotel, which truly exceeded my last visit in phuket. the breakfast was exceptional, featuring a delightful mix of thai and international options. i loved the spacious room with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the warm evenings.

Just returned from a fantastic 4-night stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely large balconies, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the fresh omelettes made to order. we encountered inconsistent water temperature in the shower, which was a bit annoying. would definitely come back for another cozy escape!

The mini-pool view was lovely, but the towels policy was disappointing.

The hotel was clean and well maintained! ! The highlight was the welcoming staff who greeted us with genuine smiles, making it feel like home right away. We were impressed by the buffet breakfast. it was a great way to start our days filled with energy.
